Pale Ale is brewed to be dry, clean, and light-bodied – the perfect base for showcasing the distinct character of the hops we use. Each batch follows the same simple foundation, but the hop varieties change depending on what’s fresh, available, and in season.

This approach allows each brew to highlight the individual aroma and flavour qualities of hops from around the world, with the beer acting as a frame rather than the picture itself.
